Well, not yet.
According to The Beacon’s sources, a student at Stern claims that her financial scholarship was terminated after she circulated a survey about sex in Yeshiva. The survey, which for the time being can be accessed here, was allegedly created by the student to help give her ideas for writing.
While news in this story continues to develop, a lot remains murky. YU has not put out a response to the student’s allegations, and the student has not made any further statements regarding potential action. YU is also a private university, which means that any punitive legal action is unlikely.
We will keep you updated as more information is released.
